Is every lot really tested?
Yes. An outside lab runs HPLC for purity and mass spec for identity on every lot before it's listed, and the signed report is published under that lot number. If a lot comes back under 98%, it never reaches the store.
How do I find the certificate for my vial?
Use the COA lookup and search the lot number printed on the label. The report also lives in your account after purchase, so you can pull it up later.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day go out the same afternoon with tracking. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Is the packaging discreet?
Plain outer box, no branding, tamper-evident seal. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.
How should I store the compounds?
Everything ships lyophilized and shelf-stable, so no cold chain is needed in transit. For storage beyond a few weeks, keep the powder sealed at −20°C and out of light. Per-compound notes are on each product page.
Can these be used in humans or animals?
No. Everything we sell is strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. These are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary use.
What if something arrives wrong?
Email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. If material doesn't match the certificate we published for its lot, that's on us.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes — tiered discounts start at 10 vials, with reserved lots and quoted pricing above 100. Request a wholesale account and we reply within a business day.
